ABOUT PETER KODNER

Peter Kodner is the President of Floor Asset Management. His experience spans over 30 years in all facets of the commercial flooring industry. Prior to founding Floor Asset Management in 1998, Peter was an owner and vice-president of Morton Floors, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois. Morton Floors, with over 200 employees, was one of Floor Covering Magazines top 10 floor covering contractors over ten straight years. Peter was involved in all daily aspects of the business, in addition to be the director of technical services and the safety director. Peter is a past president of the American Subcontractors Association of Chicago. He has been active on the contractor advisory boards for DuPont, BASF, Amoco, The Wool Bureau and Armstrong World Industries. Peter also served on several technical committees for StarNet Flooring Cooperative and Spectra Contract Flooring.
